When will my order arrive?

Estimated shipping times after the order leaves our warehouse are shown below.  Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day. In-stock orders placed by 2pm EST usually ship same day.

Select items may have additional handling time and may only ship via ground service, and/or only within the United States.  These items are labeled as such on the product page.

Actual delivery dates can vary, especially during peak periods.  International mail can be delayed, occasionally up to 8 weeks, due to customs and the transfer between postal services.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient - we are not responsible for any Import Fees.

PO Box & Military APO/FPO Shipping

We gladly ship via USPS to PO Boxes and all military addresses. Please note that Military Mail can take several weeks to arrive, similar to international mail.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the website where you can track your package. Most orders can be tracked on the USPS, UPS, or AsendiaUSA websites.

It may take 48 hours or more for tracking information to be shown, and occasionally tracking will not update until the package is near delivery.

Can my shipping address be different than my billing address?

Yes, we can ship to an address other than your billing address, however the billing address provided must match what your bank has on file.

We will contact you if there are any problems with your shipping and billing address.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer competitve shipping rates using USPS and UPS. You can calculate your shipping in your cart at any time. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Most packages do not need signatures and may be left at your home unattended. Please make sure you are shipping your order to a secure location. We cannot accommodate specific delivery instructions (e.g. 'Leave package at the back door') - you must arrange this yourself with your delivery person.
